1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Jetsera ("the Service"), you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Service on behalf of a group or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these terms.

2. Description of Service

Jetsera is a travel platform providing:

  • Travel destination guides and recommendations
  • Tour and activity booking facilitation
  • Currency conversion and itinerary planning tools
  • User profiles and preference management

3. Bookings and Payments (Cash on Arrival)

Jetsera facilitates bookings for tours and activities. By clicking "Book Now," you enter into a binding agreement to attend the scheduled activity.

  • Payment: Currently, payments are collected in cash directly by the provider at the start of the activity.
  • Commitment: A booking constitutes a firm commitment. Repeated "no-shows" will result in permanent account suspension.
  • Cancellations: Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance via your dashboard to allow other travelers to take your spot.

4. Intellectual Property & Takedown Procedure

All content on Jetsera is owned by us or our licensors. If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, please notify us at legal@jetsera.com with:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work infringed.
  • Location (URL) of the infringing material on our site.
  • Your contact information and a statement of good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to fraudulent bookings, data scraping without permission, or uploading malicious code.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Important:

Travel involves inherent risks. Jetsera acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the actual conduct of third-party tour providers.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of exchange rates or travel advisories. Users should verify critical info with official government sources.

7. EU Consumer Rights & Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have certain mandatory rights. However, per Art. 16(l) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right of withdrawal typically does not apply to services related to leisure activities if the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance.

8. Governing Law & Legal Disclosure
